These self-seal pouches feature a perforated adhesive seal to minimize errors associated with sealing, a thumb notch for ease of opening, clear poly film for ease of viewing contents and chemical indicators to show processing has occurred. Nylon packaging products are manufactured for use with dry heat processes up to 420ºF. The material is clear, strong and puncture resistant, maintaining a durable barrier for instrumentation until point of use. Self-seal nylon pouches feature built-in adhesive tape which eliminates the need for a heat sealer or indicator tape. Complimentary external chemical indicator labels are included.
